My mom has been here for a month now and has been receiving optimal care! Yes, the building is old but they have everything a resident needs. From the minute you enter the building, you are greeted with a smile and bonjour from most people: front desk, in elevator, in hallways, without knowing who we are. To be honest, I’ve never seen this in other establishments ( I’ve been to many). The staff on 4B are professional, experienced and friendly, ready to work with you in order to give optimal care. Special Thank you to Marie Elda, all PABs and nurses. Their main concern is safety of all residents and providing basic needs. They work extremely well with a team of physiotherapist, recreational support, doctor and other professionals to make this happen. The importance of being in a place like Marie Victorin, is the care, not the building. Some people don’t have their priorities straight.

I can honestly say my experience with this establishment has been nothing but the best. My father was admitted a few weeks ago and we got nothing but the best care and services provided. The coordinators, the nurses and orderlies have been nothing but the best. God bless you all for all your hard work and your great support. They have such great Attention to detail and really make you feel at home and safe. My father’s situation is very complex and it could be difficult at times but their patience and care is like no other. I’d like to say a big thank you to all the staff on 2C for your amazing work and support that you continue to give my father. Also a big thank you especially to the fellow staff members Emily, Fabiola and Mr. Julian Savineau for your exceptional work.

My mother has been there since August 2021, up until now she has been treated very well. it's true that if you call that it's frustrating that no one calls you back, but it's not enough to thrash the place with mean comments. I read that there was a patient that cheated on his wife, these things happen and there are some staff that work there are very good looking. When I go visit my mom the staff is very willing to talk with me and if I have questions they are answered. The only thing is that at the entrance the people there are rude and impolite, you ask a question and they kinda talk down to you.

I have read the the reviews and in some way very concerning. However, perhaps the facility needs updating and the rooms are awful. As for the care you people are wrong in many ways. The staff all the staff I have spoken to have been amazing and have been giving me information on my mom since she moved there 3 weeks ago. Marc and Andre have actually used their own phone to call me and have my mom call me. People understand what these individuals do they do what you don’t want to do out up with our loved ones, that can be difficult and have behaviour issues. Also realize that they are not making thousand of dollars to feed them change them and take abuse from family members and clients. Take the time to say thank you for helping thank you for doing our job and thank you for your kind heart. To reply to the lady that put one star that your husband left with a worker. Your husband was not a good man or he wouldn’t of left you for her. Please make your reviews based on the care. 5 for staff 1 for rooms

Difficulte to talk to any staff members they laugh at you they don't return phone calls when it's really important. They don't do back round checks they don't acknowledge the seriousness when a family member tries to help them. I'am the son of my mother in your establishment and all of your administration cannot give me the time of day I haven't seen my mother since my father passed away at your establishment because of your incompetent social workers that are stopping of seeing her.
