When a family member is losing their independence and has to navigate a new phase of life, it's always a difficult experience. Making the transition to their final resting place isn't easy. Since we were somewhat unsure about what to expect for our father, we were quickly listened to and guided. I have nothing but praise for the organization of the St-Antoine CHSLD (long-term care facility), as the administration makes sound decisions for the well-being of the residents. The staff is incredibly kind and, above all, gentle with the residents. The meals are good. Seeing our father, who is doing well and smiling, is priceless.
