Centre Le Royer

This place forbid my mom's children to go visit her in early March because of the Covid-19. There were zero infected people then. On April 24th my mom was sent to the hospital dehydrated and has been infected with this deadly virus. That means that they didn't feed her or give her water. My mom passed away on May 3rd. We the children will hold this place responsible. The only way my mom and 50 other people caught this virus was from the negligence of the staff. Do not place your loved ones in this facility. Google has been advised that you have been removing bad reviews. People count on Google reviews to make their decisions..

Kudos to this center! We reserved a spot to gather the whole family—children and grandchildren—and the service was excellent. They had set up tables and chairs for us, and we were treated to delicious coffee 🤩 Grandma was very touched. Thank you!

I posted a review for this place a couple of months ago, and I just noticed that it was removed. This is something that these people are known to do from time to time from what I've heard from other people. If you care about your loved ones, please consider taking them somewhere else. What the employees that were working here during the Covid pandemic did to those innocent residents, is abhorrent and reprehensible. I know because my own mother died from Covid because of some of their employees' irresponsible behaviors and actions. I am aware that some of the personnel who worked there at the time is no longer there, so please be diligent when you make your decision to take a member of your family here. By the way, if Le Royer removes this post again, I will contact Google. People use Google reviews to make informed decisions about a certain place of business and removing the posts that they don't like, is just frankly dishonest.
