A member of my family contracted strep throat there, without having had any contact with an infected person, after only a few days at the hotel. He died later that month, due to negligence. I question the cleanliness of the place and whether the beds and pillows are disinfected. It's an illness that can be contracted through contact with contaminated objects.

1010 for the quality of care. The staff are very attentive to residents and focused on caring. My father is very well treated.

We are immensely grateful to everyone who cared for our brother and supported him with their hearts until his last breath, and who stood by us during this difficult time. Thank you to the CHSJE for providing everything we needed to get through these trying moments. It is a residence where humanity truly comes first. Wonderful residence! A privilege to live there. Excellent quality of care and services. Friendly and kind staff. Everything is cooked on-site.

We couldn't have hoped for better for my parents! Dedicated staff, including attendants, nurses, cooks, social workers, etc. Plus, the food is generally excellent! Of course, as in other CHSLDs, there is often a staff shortage and unfortunately, the staff doesn't have time to take care of the residents. So it's important to visit our loved ones and take care of them.
