My mother spent four weeks in rehabilitation following a hip fracture. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and especially the professionalism and efficiency of the physiotherapy team. She received excellent care and was able to regain her mobility after a month and return home. Thank you to the entire team and the nurses, especially Sophie StJean, Irini, and Maria.

As for the healthcare staff, they're doing fairly well... but the food is terrible. They send you an empty plate with a bowl of cereal and jam, but nothing to put on it and no pasta to go with your lunch... when you're on a strict diet like when I was in the hospital, think about it. Think about that before bringing your loved ones here.

Worst experience my grandmother ever had. They called her names and where extremely rude. My grandmother was in constant pain and instead of being compassion and understanding they basically told her to deal with it. My grandmother had to go real bad for them to pay attention and decided to send her to the hospital. Shes staying in the hospital because honestly she is not going back to this center.

This was my mother's 3rd stay in a rehab centre in 4 years. This was by far the best! Not only is the facility pretty and clean but the staff is superb! Everyone was beyond attentive and professional. From the orderlies, to the nursing staff (especially Anaïs and Marta) to Alex the physiotherapist to the on-call doctor, Dr Perreault! If I have one negative thing to say it would be about the food. More often than not, it arrived tepid if not cold. How often can you serve paté chinois? Seasoning is non existent and the food is barely edible. My mother is extremely fortunate as we always brought food from home for lunch and dinner. I really feel for the countless seniors that are not as fortunate as my mother. On behalf of my mother and my siblings, a heartfelt thank-you to all the staff. We are beyond grateful for the care received!

Avoid this place! Poorly kept facility, rude staff (most of them), inedible food and poor equipment. If you have an underlying condition, they won't take it into consideration when treating you. One ergo therapist there should change vocations!
