In general, every visit to the hospital goes extremely well. In my opinion, they are organized, efficient, and above all, compassionate. I met nurses and doctors who are attentive and provide appropriate treatments. A special mention goes to Dr. Roy; a gem who took the time to reassure me and offered a treatment that made sense during a difficult period in my life. Shoutout also to Dr. A. Labelle. A frank and humane approach that is incredibly reassuring and stress-relieving. Thank you to the entire team as well. We tend to complain easily in Quebec, but we must acknowledge the good things.

The receptionist doesn't answer and hangs up on me. Then a message loops and repeats 4 times when you try again, and they hang up on you again. Seriously?

Refused treatment for showing a little attitude after the nurse refused to give him a stretcher because "his condition doesn't require it." Symptoms: after a serious car accident; extreme fatigue, jaundice, muscle weakness, and dizziness. They even threatened to call the police.

Long wait. Nothing happens for 12 hours. I wonder if there's actually a doctor in the emergency room.

Impressive lack of service. Got to wait a whole day to be seen for Critical injuries. No transparency, abusive wait times and massive lack of respect for the public.
