Care by nurse and doctor excellent but the person that takes your vitals and prioritize your condition is terrible people were bleeding and she is putting people wanting prescriptions ahead of them. Waiting 8 hours is unexceptable service.

Been there twice and the emergency department was the best that I've ever been too. Nice and courteous, effective. Being up north in the laurentians means less people faster service...

My son was having breathing issues and we made the choice to go to this hospital instead of driving to Montreal, as we were staying in tremblant. We waited 6.5hrs and experienced what the other negative reviewers experienced...no communication, staff hiding behind the doors, no idea what was going on. We decided to leave and drive back home to Toronto. We went to a hospital upon arrival and he was admitted within 30min and spent 2 days in the hospital. I’m shocked by the health system in Quebec and pity the fools that care more about immigration policy than their own health care system.

I was there a couple of days ago the waiting time is a lot quicker than if you were in the city

My friend got injured while skiing at Mont Tremblant and we went there for stitches. It was on Xmas evening and the staff was really cooperative. We left Hospital in 45 min.
