CHSLD de Saint-Henri

The entire family wishes to express its deepest admiration and gratitude to the staff of the Saint-Henri Residential and Long-Term Care Centre, where our father spent the last year of his life. He was treated with competence, respect, and affection by a caring and dedicated team who were attentive to his needs. This residence was intended to be temporary, but a week after his arrival, he asked to make it permanent because he enjoyed it so much. He even found the food very good (and he was a picky eater!). The building is old but well-maintained and has beautiful windows. Everything is on a human scale, and the garden is wonderful. Thank you to the guardian angels who made his stay easier during difficult times. We were never worried between our visits.

Clean and cosy place that feels like a 3 star hotel. Staff are kind and always say hi. Nice garden, activities, and facilities. Great views of downtown from some rooms.

Convenient and helpful as a well-known community centre.

This home is very clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. They take good care of my mother Maureen. Our family is impressed.
