I came to the emergency with what is likely a broken foot and have been left waiting in severe pain for hours. I was told the wait would be “a few hours” it has now been over three hours and I still haven’t seen a doctor. No one provides updates, no one checks in, and I’m just told to keep waiting while in pain. This is unacceptable for an emergency department. Patients in pain should not be treated like this

We were registered at the emergency department at 10:45. We entered the ER room at 20:30, and after one hour and fifteen minutes, the doctor still hasn’t seen us. It’s not clear when we’ll leave the hospital. This is the strangest thing I’ve ever seen — the healthcare system is unbelievable.

This exceptional hospital truly sets a new standard in healthcare, with a dedicated and professional staff who pay meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Their personalized approach creates a calming environment where patients feel at ease, even in comparison to larger facilities. From the moment you step in, it's evident that their commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of their service. From now on, this will become my preferred hospital.

Absolutely horrible experience. Throwing up, blurry vision, dizziness, headache and neck pain from a snowboarding accident where I hit my head on ice and the helmet broke off. Not only was I left waiting 9 hours before giving up and leaving this dumpster fire of a Hospital with a HEAD INJURY. But, the bald male triage nurse was heartless and incompetent. Told me I already waited 9 hours I shouldn’t mind waiting a few more after being up almost 24 hours with a TBI and at my wits end. I didn’t get handed Tylenol until 8 and a half hours in when I went into the triage room crying from the pain I was enduring. People with minor foot injuries were taken in before me and time is of the essence with a TBI. Canadian Healthcare is garbage. This hospital is garbage and they didn’t refund me the full $1,500 I paid to see a Doctor yet never got to. I hear people die in waiting rooms at hospitals in Canada, and it’s not surprising. Disgraceful. Had to rent a car and drive to the U.S. where I was seen within minutes of arriving to the Hospital. God Bless America

Best team possible in the intensive care unit with well trained staff that deserve full recognition. Each and everyone of them show empathy and patience with their patients and their related parties. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their services. A true professional team. I imagine that negative reviews given by other parties must have been prior to November 2020.
