3.0 / 5My 87-year-old father recently moved into this facility. I am saddened and deeply disappointed by the appalling living conditions—especially since it is a facility under the jurisdiction of the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS). It is inconceivable that the Quebec government would treat its seniors this way, seniors who have contributed their entire lives to building Quebec, and that today they find themselves in such deplorable living conditions. It is utterly deplorable and unacceptable to see such a lack of consideration for our seniors, and even more worrying for the future!
