My experience has only been positive from all the time my mom was under their care They were attentive friendly and even affectionate towards my mom She received utmost professional attention throughout the years at that residence Unfortuneatly she passed away this January 2025 at 93 years old They treated her like their own mother She never complained about anyone or any matter that could have occured Author highly recommends the residence to anyone in need of such services

I usually have a positive experience when visiting this facility. The staff is kind, helpful, and professional. However, I had a very upsetting encounter today with the male receptionist, who acted in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.Unfortunately I couldn’t get his name as he refused to give it to me after asking over 4 times, his answer was always “ I don’t have a name “. I entered the building with my elderly mother to visit my father. While I was finishing an important call with a client, I stood calmly by the elevators and followed the sign-in procedures. My mother signed in, and I stayed close by. The mail receptionist  suddenly shouted at me loudly, interrupting my call, demanding I sanitize my hands right now . I politely acknowledged him and continued my call, then sanitized my right hand while pressing the elevator button with my left. Despite complying, the guard aggressively confronted me, raising his voice in front of other visitors. I told him there was no need to be rude and that I was following the instructions. His response became more hostile, even using inappropriate language. I was shocked and disappointed that such behavior is tolerated from someone whose job is to maintain safety and respect. To make matters worse, he then threatened to call the police on me — even though I remained calm and never raised my voice or acted aggressively. No officers showed up, as it was clear I had done nothing wrong. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place where families are already under stress visiting loved ones. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that all staff — especially those in uniform — treat visitors with dignity and professionalism.

nice place at the heart of old montreal, a must seen , nice food cort, nice outdoor activities like bicycle rentals, hoverboard tours, in addition to the cozzy restaurants of jack cartier not mentioning the irresistible walk down st paul street
