I would like to highlight the exemplary and compassionate work of Ms. Bossé-Picard, IPSPL, at the CLSC de Sainte-Adèle. She is a caring, sensitive woman who takes the time to support and delicately explain treatment to her patients. I truly felt that during our consultation, she was 100% dedicated to my concerns. Her intervention made a difference in my week, as I was very worried about my condition.

I had my first physiotherapy appointment in June for knee physiotherapy following surgery. The staff were very professional, friendly, and extremely kind. I'm going back for a second appointment and will be very happy to see them again.

Every month, I take Zometa, which strengthens my bones because I have metastatic bone cancer. Hence my visits to the CLSC in St-Adele. As for the place, it's very charming, I'd even say it could be welcoming, in the sense that when you go there for the first time, it makes you want to know more about the services offered. Except that when I asked the receptionist for a list of services offered (paper or online), the person's response was: "No, we don't have a list or anything. Tell us what you need and I'll tell you if we can help you." Phew... So, as for customer service, I'll let you decide. But as for the nurses and the services given to patients, it's very good, moreover the one I asked permission to take a picture of us both was the first with remarkable professionalism, a small downside was the person who supervised her because she always had a criticism; when she wanted to stick the product label on the bag to be sure that there was no mistake, the supervisor told her, come on, we don't do that here! because you only have one patient at a time....From my point of view, it's a good habit to follow because maybe one day there will be more patients and less chance of error. I think that a course on how to work with people would be more than necessary for them.

I just finished my post-operative follow-up which healed badly..3x week for 4 months at this CLSC and I have only good words for the wonderful nurses, whose eyes I only saw during all this time ;) who are so in their places! A huge thank you to Mélodie, Karine and the 2 Mélanie! You were so professional, kind and a comfort during this difficult time for me! I have no words to thank you..even if I am more than happy to be done with it..I'm going to be a little bored anyway ;). A huge thank you for your kindness, see you soon! Mrs. Lavoie ;)

This is one clsc that serves the public 7 days a week. The staff is super professional and kind. To begin treatments, you do need a referral by your doctor.
