CHSLD des Moulins

From beginning to end, we were treated with respect and dignity. It's an excellent long-term care facility. From the receptionist to the nurses, doctors, and all the other staff we encountered, They are all angels who take care of us and help us through this difficult ordeal. I am grateful for everything you did for me and my mother. Thank you so much xx

No service, a dangerous place for patients, and the staff are overwhelmed. Be aware that this place is under investigation and really requires attention and supervision if you leave your loved ones there. I left my mother there for two days, and she suffered neglect. Thank you for your response two years later; it was precisely your response time that was lacking at the time. Better late than never. I sincerely hope things will be different for poor elderly people. For my mother, this experience was a devastating trauma. She was forcibly transferred from Legardeur Hospital while she was dying, and you strapped her to a chair due to staff shortages. I had her quickly taken out by ambulance. Fortunately, the Adhemar Dion hospice was there to finally alleviate our situation, and my mother was finally free from her suffering in end-of-life care. She passed away less than a month after leaving your center. I have no words to express the suffering he endured back then, just two days of horror. And on top of that, you had the nerve to send a monthly bill. No thanks!!!

A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at CHSLD des Moulins! We are incredibly grateful! Our mother received the best possible care, with the utmost respect. Yes, there are the spacious, modern facilities, the natural light, the state-of-the-art equipment, the continuous services around the clock, and the staff always present, but above all: the respect and attentiveness! Our mother and we ourselves could not have been better cared for. Thank you so much to your entire team! You make a huge difference in people's lives. We will always be grateful.

My father arrived in June and always received excellent care. I was there very often and I could see all the love the caregivers gave to the residents. It was truly beautiful to see! Unfortunately, my father passed away last night. I would like to thank all the staff at the CHSLD des Moulins for the compassionate care my father and we received. And a very special thank you to Ertha Berard, a truly kind-hearted caregiver, who comforted us with all her love ❤️ We will never forget that gesture.
