In February 2025, my parents, the beautiful Hélène and the handsome Lucien, were welcomed with open arms by the entire staff, from the orderlies to the nursing staff. From the moment they arrived, I felt they were in good hands. Over the past three weeks, as my father lived his final moments, each of you accompanied me with gentleness, respect, and compassion. You helped me through this ordeal with a humanity and kindness that I will never forget. I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you have done for him, for my mother, and for me. Your professionalism is admirable, but it is above all your immense heart that makes all the difference.

Built next to a huge Hydro Quebec substation? What were our leaders thinking building that there.!!! If it doesn't kill them, it will kill the microbes around them. I would never want to go there and have that beautiful view for the rest of my life.
