Significant staff shortages. Very high staff turnover. Staff present are overwhelmed and overworked.

If I could, I'd remove the 1 star and give it 0. Appalling service. I hope the residents receive better care than those recovering there. NO MEDICATION GIVEN DURING THE NIGHT DESPITE A CLEAR PRESCRIPTION FROM THE SURGEON. Apparently, there was no nurse on duty at night. BUT strangely, when I called for information, I was told there was a nurse on site all night...so why didn't anyone come when my aunt rang ALL NIGHT??? I asked to speak to the head nurse on site, I was put on hold, and no one answered. The line simply cut out. HYGIENE CARE WAS HALF-PERFORMED, AND WHAT WAS DONE WAS DONE POORLY. FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. Do you think this isn't going to end here?

On Friday, March 21st, at 3:30 PM, I went to meet my friend five minutes before she left for work. Upon arriving inside, I was about to sit in the waiting room, as usual. For the first time, the receptionist, a woman in her thirties, was unwelcoming. Furthermore, she gave me a blank stare and asked me to wait between the two doors at the entrance for no apparent reason. That same evening, I learned that she had verbally attacked a housekeeping employee. Just because a receptionist is qualified doesn't give her the right to exert her power over others. If other employees believe they have been manipulated by the receptionist who works Fridays, don't let her take advantage of you. Good luck!

A special thank you to the staff of the Saint-Dominique Residence, especially those on the 4th floor, for their humanity, dedication, kindness, support, and the excellent care they provided to my mother over the past five years. The staff truly cared for my mother's well-being, and she was treated with love and respect. Furthermore, the residence is welcoming and safe, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are clean, the food is delicious, the activities are entertaining and varied, and the wooded area surrounding the residence is beautiful and perfect for walks. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional residence.

My father is there temporarily on a
