Just a quick word of thanks to the hospital staff we had to consult urgently for our 17-year-old daughter. Impeccable human services, from admission to discharge, nurses, orderlies, support staff, doctors.

I went to the ER for a leg infection below the knee. I was very anxious and worried. I waited 14 hours, so yes, it was a long time. But once I was admitted and in my room to begin treatment... The antibiotics used were appropriate. The follow-up was impeccable. What can I say... The nurses are very attentive. The doctors are very responsive. I have rarely seen such an efficient and friendly team. We're not just a number. They care about us and do everything they can for our well-being. Thank you for your professionalism and your compassion. As a bonus, the food is good, and you can count on the team to feed you as well as they can. Thank you for taking care of me. Thank you for being there to heal us. Thank you to the entire team at La Tuque. Thank you for helping me get treatment despite my financial difficulties. I won't say "see you soon," but I wish you all the best. Thank you.

Only for truckers!!!!! When you are on BD ducharme road just follow the road sign until you reach irving pump where you can take sleep guys this location is so big that you can find overnight parking easily without paying for parking and comes to the delivery location so if you are delivering here at hospital, so take left when you near the traffic light, truck and cart entrance are the same and main problem is for 53' tractor trailer, easy to going in and hard to exit but let me tell you about the staff of the hospital especially the construction staff here are so nice they will help you seriously if i was able to give 100 star i would definitely give them. When you're on Ducharme Boulevard, just follow the signs until you reach the Irving gas station where you can sleep. This place is so big that you can easily find overnight parking without paying. From there, you'll arrive at the delivery location. So, if you're delivering to the hospital, turn left when you're near the traffic light. The truck and trailer entrances are the same. The main issue is with 53-foot semi-trailers—easy to get in, but difficult to get out. But let me tell you about the hospital staff, especially the construction workers here. They're so kind and will definitely help you. If I could give 100 stars, I certainly would. I'll do my best to translate my review into French as well.
