Visitors receive varying degrees of warmth. Staff turnover is high. Personalized services vary in effectiveness. Staff are very friendly and do their best under the circumstances.

Hello, I am very disappointed with how things are going on the floor where my mother is. Every time I go there and at different times it doesn't smell good. I go to see about changing it and they tell me that there are 3 before her and another one that fell on the floor in her room and it took two days to notify me. Another time she had a fever and another two days to notify me. I asked to have her brown spots checked for 3 weeks and still nothing has been done. I asked to send a message to the doctor to call me and no call. I know that you may be short of staff, but my people deserve to be treated like this. Thank you, hoping that this will change.
