My partner is on the second floor and seems well cared for... but during my visits, no one comes to talk to me about his daily life... he is very vulnerable... I would like to speak to someone.

Disrespectful to the patient, they put a towel between her vagina and the diaper to prevent the diaper from getting wet, that makes no sense.

UPDATE: Why did I just receive the official tax receipt? It's May 27th... Taxes are over!!!!!! Bunch of incompetents. You bring nothing but trouble. The floors in the ROOMS on the second floor are always dirty and look worn. Those floors should be waxed and otherwise clean, but these are disgusting. If you can't remove the old vinyl tiles that contain asbestos (yes, I work in that field), you could at least maintain them and at MINIMUM clean them properly and more often. Not to mention the elevator doors, which are all colorful... And I'll never forget the old, STINKY Christmas tree at the center's main entrance. Honestly, a Christmas tree doesn't cost much. It's better than making visitors feel sick. Bravo for the sanitation...

My dad is on the third floor, the staff is very nice, the place is very clean. Excellent service overall.

My mother suffered abuse and the hands of the nursing staff resulting in a dislocated jaw, broken nose and black eyes. I reported the to the CLSC but between government entities they turn a blind eye to everything. The Ombudsman was no help either, they believed all the lies told by Centre Biermans. I have a YouTube interview by CBC and you can find it by looking up FILOMENA COSTA BARRIOS. If one with thing I regret is not doing is to have installed camaras to spy on these people. It would have made a great difference. Keep an eye out for bruises and complaints from your relatives if they are capable. Be vigilant because the majority of the caregivers dont give a crap about the patients wellbeing.
