Today, November 7, 2025, at 8:45 a.m., I rang the doorbell to get in. The receptionist, wearing a black jacket, didn't answer and left me waiting until a woman passing by finally opened the door after a long wait. When I confronted her, she replied arrogantly and rudely that she hadn't heard the bell and that's what I wanted.

My mother was transferred to Jeanne-Crevier two months ago, and I am 200% satisfied. The staff and management are very attentive and caring towards the residents. The place is warm, clean, and beautiful. Don't worry about the railway line near the building; the train very rarely passes by, and the building is well insulated. The location is close to all services and the St. Lawrence River. I highly recommend this long-term care facility for your loved ones who are experiencing a loss of autonomy.

Hello everyone, I'm sending you this photo of the Jeanne-Crevier Day Centre; it's a very beautiful place to visit. The entrance alone is truly magnificent to behold; yes, you feel, as they say... Yes, the Jeanne-Crevier Foundation stands out for its simplicity!

On January 2, 2022, in the middle of the night, my mother, Marguerite Goulet, passed away at the Jeanne Crevier Centre. Due to the holiday season and public health measures, I have unfortunately only been able to thank a few people out of all the staff I have known over the years. These are the people to whom I became attached, who played an essential role in my mother's well-being. Admitted on March 6, 2017, my mother quickly regained the smile she had lost in this home that welcomed her so warmly. Given her condition, Mom could not have been in a better place than the Jeanne Crevier Centre. And my heart is full of gratitude to its staff. Thank you!
