CHSLD Manoir Harwood

My father stayed at the Claude Pavilion, first floor, and I have nothing but praise for the staff. The staff was attentive and kind. Thank you for being with him until the end. They are kind-hearted people who work there.

I moved my mom from a private, semi-autonomous residence into Manoir Harwood. The staff bent over backwards to make sure the transition was smooth and easy. At first my mom, who is in cognitive decline and suffers from Parkinson's, was upset. It was a big transition. But now, she loves it. It's sparkling clean, she loves to food and the zoo therapy. The staff are phenomenal and I have peace of mind knowing my mom is well cared for. Plus, they let me decorate her room so it feels more like home with things like her treasured elephant collection (over 150 elephants!) She's gotten loads of compliments from the staff as well as other residents! Thank you so much to everyone at Manoir Harwood!

Outstanding staff, very competent, compassionate, kind and attentive. The rooms in the new section are very beautiful and equipped with the latest technology. After a two year stay for my mother we have had only one glitch which was worked out. We are so very grateful for the care provided for her every day.
