I cannot express how great this place is. My mother was in a private residence for a lot of money and this CHLSD by far surpasses any level of care in the private residence. The staff! Absolutely incredible! I am eternally grateful for the wonderful care provided to my mother in her final days.

What a bad, very bad experience... It's deplorable... With rather incompetent staff (but luckily not all of them)... If your parent isn't independent, they simply don't have the time to take care of them properly... Please keep a close eye on your parent and be very, very present...

I was sent there as an agency and Margarethe Catulusi was the coordinator, a very bitter and unprofessional lady. It would be important to understand communication with respect. An unpleasant experience for a nurse who supports the team. I will not return.

Difficult relationship with the administration. No social worker to assist residents. Housekeeping is increasingly inadequate. Deteriorating materials in the rooms: paint, flooring. Food is poor in freshness and taste. The origin of the food is not provided. It's time to give seniors a decent living environment.
