CHSLD Résidence Riviera

This long-term care facility is a wonderful place to live, always clean, and all the staff are friendly and kind. My mother lived there for the last 15 months of her life, and I felt completely reassured. The caregivers were compassionate and warm. I have nothing but praise for this long-term care facility and would recommend it without hesitation! Thank you for the excellent care!

I highly recommend this residence. My mom and my grandmother have been at this residence for about 6 months. It’s very clean, staff is very kind and attentive, lots of activities 3-4 times a week, rooms are very spacious and there’s a beautiful backyard to enjoy in the summer Thank you to the riviera team for everything!

My initial impression of the Rivera residence that I attended (and large parking lot), was that it looked ‘grand’. Welcome at the desk was warm but the reception area seemed bare and wide open. We had a brief tour learning about some of the suites and amenities offered on the property, settled down in a comfortable lounge and enjoyed some lovely soloist music and delicious tapas. Staff we met seemed cordial and the extraordinarily pleasant, bubbly Emily (excellent at her position there) left a very warm impression. Socializing , with quizzes included, was truly delightful since it included meeting some residents that seemingly very genuinely stated that they were very happy living at Rivera. When leaving I noticed some folks chatting and enjoying a coffee at the Biatro….left with a feeling that this residence would be a comfortable and social place to live. The day was lovely and there were people outside enjoying a patio visit.

My grandma died because of this place and their unprofessional doctor that gave her meds without following through with us! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

My mom stayed there for 5 years and was treated professionally and with respect. everyone all the all to the cleaning staff were so nice to my Mom Thank you again for all you do.
