3.6 / 5Staff are caring and friendly. Entertainment and music to entertain residents too. Nurses and PABs look after their residents. Thank you so much
If you care for your loved ones, please don't admit them here. Head nurse, Claudette, and social worker, Irena Dulka, are uncaring, unsympathetic, and will lie straight to your face. Gossip among staff is rampant, and I sadly witnessed open mocking of residents from some staff. Shame on you St Andrews.
