A very bad experience today due to the contempt and unprofessionalism of the team leader (blood tests). The adults who go there are no longer children, so the magic phrase should be, "If you need to tell me something, come and tell me directly." Whispering = implicit and passive contempt. In a place where emotional intelligence is paramount, this kind of behavior has no place in a world that's evolving as it is today. Dated Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Without a doubt, this is the worst service I've ever received from a receptionist. Not only is this woman rude, she's also xenophobic, so if you don't speak French, you won't be welcome. She'll treat you like second-class citizens. A horrible experience I had today. The worst part is that I received this terrible service with my wife pregnant, putting people's health at risk!
