CHSLD Saint-Vincent

My 3 children were born there in the early 80s. The doctors and staff there were super friendly and professional. It was my family's favorite Hospital to go during our 4 years there fresh from the Refugee Camp in Thailand. We struggled with language, but they made it work and welcome. Back then parkings were plenty and free. Less people for sure. It was called "Centre Hospitalier St. Vincent De Paul". All of my memories are positive. Merci beaucoup! These days my family lives in St. Paul, MN, USA.

Parking at the rehabilitation center is a nightmare every time I visit. First, there are never any spaces, and second, I don't know why, but people don't park properly in the visitor spaces. The parking spaces are already too narrow in my opinion, so expect your car to get dented by a door!

My father was a resident on the 3rd floor! What a wonderful care team! Warmth, humor, and kindness from all the staff! The environment is also well-suited, and everything is thoughtfully designed to facilitate the transition to long-term care! Hats off to the entire team!!
