CHSLD Santé Courville de Laval

Employees always smiling and friendly. They care and have taken wonderful care of my father ! The staff, the care, the activities, the meals etc are all above what one would think for a CHSLD. Great communication with the family. Very efficient in setting up medical transport for medical appointments. Relatively small compared to other CHSLDs with about 30 residents on each of the 2 floors so the staff know the resident and the family very well. My father has been there for a year and I am very grateful for the excellent care he has received.

This home is a great place, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is clean and the food is good. My mom is here and they treat her good .I recommend this senior residence .

The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived on our first day. They greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes, and everyone knew my husband's name. They were very polite and attentive to the residents and their families. The meals and desserts were delicious, and there was even a second helping if you wanted. The space was airy and bright thanks to large windows. There was a secure outdoor garden with a fountain, swing, and picnic table. Families could eat on-site, and a room could be reserved for a birthday party. There was also a nurse's station on the same floor. I don't regret choosing this residence for him at all.
