CHSLD Vigi Montérégie

We were very fortunate to have our aunt live out her last months at Vigi Montérégie. The nursing staff was very attentive and compassionate; everyone we met during our visits was absolutely amazing. Our aunt was always tended to with good food and snacks, and daily hygiene was excellent. We couldn’t have chosen a better place! Our only “regret” is that she didn’t live long enough to enjoy the Vigi’s spring garden and patio, as she always loved nature. A heartfelt thank you to everyone.

My mother was in care for 11 days...the caregivers, nurses, and doctors, you all took such wonderful care of her...well done for your work...she passed away this morning, November 22nd. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her.

The team always works together; they are caring and, above all, attentive to their patients. The patients have games, a companion, can listen to group hockey if they wish, etc. They are well cared for.

The nursing staff was wonderful to my mother. They treated her with respect and dignity. I am forever grateful the care and love that was showed to my mother in her final years. Thank you all so very much

My mother spent the last two years of her life in this facility. She passed away there last night. We were very impressed by the quality of care she received. Impeccable. Professionalism, respect for the individual, a touching humanity, and extremely efficient and relevant expertise. Moreover, they managed COVID brilliantly and succeeded where many others have failed. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the attendants, nurses, doctors, recreation therapists, management, etc., for caring so well for our mother and facilitating her passing.
