Very poor organization and long wait times. Despite arriving well in advance for my appointment, I waited over Two hours while another patient who arrived later and had a later appointment was seen almost immediately. (9 minutes later) No explanation was provided to me, and there was a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

We have a fixed time appointment, however, have to wait for the doctor for > 1 hour with a 6 months baby.

I don’t want to give any star for this bad place. My father was there sometimes ago and I want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment: first of all medication errors and improper use of antipsychotic medication…The staff doesn’t pay any attention to family's wishes. Keep your eyes open if you have someone there.

My dad is well taken care of. He was given the choice of going to another facility when his first choice came up and he liked it so much here he opted to stay and no regrets. Staff is wonderful. When they are on vacay there is temp replacement that do their best.

My uncle has been here for almost a year, and the care has been outstanding. The hospital is always clean, staff is kind and attentive. We couldn't ask for better treatment. I do understand and see who they are short staff during to government cuts. Anyway, I recommended! 🙏💙
