My mother, my brother, myself, and the rest of our family want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent care given to my father, Réjean Laliberté, who sadly passed away on August 7th. To all the staff, I express my deepest gratitude. I have so many names in mind of this wonderful and kind team. The two years he spent with you would never have been so precious for my father without your empathy, your thoughtfulness, and your compassion. He loved you all so much. Your profession truly is a calling. He was in the best possible place. We will never forget you.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Vigi Shermont long-term care facility for the excellent care provided to my mother, Mrs. Lucille Caron, during her brief stay at your establishment. Hello My name is Marc Desbiens, son of Mrs. Lucille Caron, who arrived today, June 22, 2023, at the Vigi Shermont facility. Normally, I would have waited a few weeks before posting my comments, but after just one day, I can already say that my mother is now in a haven of peace. A warm and truly professional welcome. Since moving there, my father has received excellent care tailored to his condition. The Vigi Shermont team (regardless of their department) demonstrates great attentiveness, respect, and gentleness. Admirable!

Sometimes you want to give 0 stars because everything is so bad, but other times you want to give 6. This is the case here. My mother lived there and she was treated with great care. Everyone who worked there treated her as if she were their own mother. With love and compassion. Sometimes you hear horror stories about CHSLDs, but let me tell you that there are also beautiful love stories. Bravo to everyone and thank you again.
