Receptions employee are going above and beyond to help you, the building is always clean, pool is AMAZING, very easy to bring groceries and merchandise upstairs.

It is impossible to get hold of someone to visit a unit . I am not sure i understand a condo project that you cannot visit … my interest in this tower has gone to zero , there are many other options around. I have red below that there is racism . So maybe they screen according to the name … which is completely illegal btw

Visited Eleva during a recent stay in Montreal. Found the staff to be very informative, helpful and friendly upon entering the building. The activities available to residents are wonderful, and the units themselves are so beautiful!!!

I moved into the Eleva June 22,2023. My apartment was ready and waiting. Since I moved in there has not been one disappointment at all from the room they call the kitchen being available for my family to use exclusively for the holidays not one time but twice, to the BBQs availability to continue the tradition of summer BBQ with friends. The 29th floor lounge is relaxing and available for the 5-7 gathering we have every Friday night. Did I mention the heated swimming pool and the billiard room. To top it off the garage has 2 entrances from either Tupper or Rene Levesque making it easy to come or go. No I do not work here or get paid for this review. Just a great place to live.
