Résidence Le Roseau

My father, who has neurocognitive disorders, lived at Le Roseau for a year before being transferred to a long-term care facility. We have nothing but praise for all the staff—caregivers, nurses, social workers, doctor, and coordinator—who took care of him; it was a true team effort. We are so grateful for the services my father received; we knew he was safe and he seemed very happy there. The food was excellent, nutritious, and varied. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Thank you for everything!

It's a shame but I don't recommend this residence, it lacks staff, the rooms are very poorly cleaned and the food is rotten, very disappointed, I don't understand why the owner is doing nothing to change their residence, just the money from the residents who want it, it's a shame but I'm sure I won't leave it like that, I'll call on J.E., I'm sure
