Homely environment and food menu on choice are the distinct features. Locating besides the Décarie highway is it’s another advantage. Opens at 6am until midnight.

My late dad was there and got excellent care. The PABs are very caring and compassionate.The nursing staff were wonderful. I myself am a Licensed Practical Nurse and I was impressed with everything. The director is very accommodating and I cannot have had better care for my dad. Thanks to the wonderful staff on the 16th floor.

My aunt has been living at this residence for over a year now and although she occasionally complains about the food and the neighbors, by her own words, "for the first time in a long time [she feels] safe and cared for". Above all else, that is what she needed.

My mom has been living here for 4 months now and I must say that I am impressed with the management, nurses and overall care. I do not live in the same city and she has practically no one to help her locally. The staff has gone above and beyond their call of duty, making sure my mom has the care she needs and is not left completely alone. They will never accept gifts or tips so that no one gets preferable treatment and I can atest to that as I have tried and they simply will never accept anything. Yet they continue to offer care and communicate immediately if anything comes up. If I need to contact the management or nurses I never had to wait or leave a message for them to call me back, they are very accessible and kind. Knowing my mother is at the Boulevard puts my mind at ease and relieves allot of stress. Great job!!

On the plus side, the physiotherapy is very very good. Some of the staff go out of their way to help the residents in many ways. . Otherwise, the place is dark and depressing, the food makes airline food appetizing and some of the staff are beyond rude. Anything longer than short term should be avoided if you can. A sad example of the public after-care system.
