My 93-year-old mother-in-law has been there for two years. She suffers from mild memory loss. She eats well and seems happy. We need to follow up regularly with the staff. She had fungal infections on her feet for two weeks, and no one had told us. Given her swollen legs, we made an appointment with her doctor, and when he took off her stockings, he immediately saw the infection. We saw a podiatrist who will provide treatment, but we have to pay for the care. We also have to cover the cost of washing clothes and the cost of a hairdresser! Thank you!

I could say a lot of negative things about this residence, but no one can criticize their requirement to speak French. Being Francophone isn't racism!

Employees are minimum wage and the establishment seems to lack services because of its budget. Did not notice more than 1 housekeeping and the kitchen is as small as it gets. Atmosphere seems hostile. Everything is stacked and it looks like they never thought of putting an effort for the tenants.

This place is just horrible, especially if you are there to rehabilitate after trauma. No doctors on site, no one bothers to look into your history. The physiotherapist pushes patients to do more than they are capable of, a nurse who was suppose to be holding my relative who could barely walk due to low blood pressure, made him fall. Lucky he didn't hit his head on the cabinet. They made my relative stay in a dirty diaper for 6 hours. His vitals were never checked by the nurses on staff...he was getting worst instead of better and had to be brought back to the emergency room of MRH.

If you have a choice don't go here or admit your family members. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They are clearly understaffed and unclean. A resident was asking to go to the washroom the nurse and orderly said they had no time clearly mentally ill thought that my mother's room was the washroom, not her fault but when my and I called to have it cleaned it too well over 1.5hours to get i answer. Everyone i spoke with said it's not their job or wait we are low staffed. My mother was there for about two months n this was always the case. She once waited five hours for a glass of water and then still only got it when I asked, it felt like they thought she was immobile n took advantage. Only got results when I was there n even. Horrible! I gave two starts for the physiotherapist who was helpful n tried to help as well as the receptionist who was implemting COVID-19 regulations n tried to be welcoming while clearly understaffed.
